Clean Thrifts Purchase Agreement

1. Overview

This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Clean Thrifts (“Buyer”) and the individual submitting items for sale (“Seller”).

By submitting items, accepting an offer, or sending items to Clean Thrifts, Seller agrees to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Submission & Offer Process

Seller must submit items for evaluation through Clean Thrifts’ designated submission process.

Clean Thrifts will review submitted items and may extend an offer based on factors including, but not limited to, brand, condition, style, and current market demand.

All offers are non-binding until:

• Seller accepts the offer, and
• Items are received and verified by Clean Thrifts

Clean Thrifts reserves the right to modify or revoke any offer if the received items differ from the submitted description or images.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Upon acceptance of an offer, Clean Thrifts will provide a prepaid shipping label for Seller to send items.

Seller agrees to:

• Package items securely
• Ship items within a reasonable timeframe

Risk of loss remains with the Seller until items are received by Clean Thrifts. Clean Thrifts is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Inspection & Acceptance

All items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

If items do not meet the represented condition or Clean Thrifts’ acceptance standards, Clean Thrifts may:

• Issue a revised offer, or
• Reject the items

Rejected items may be returned at the Seller’s expense or donated at Seller’s request.

5. Condition Requirements

All items must be in at least “good” condition and meet the following criteria:

• Free from permanent stains, significant damage, or excessive wear (unless intentionally distressed)
• Free from strong or persistent odors
• Fully functional (zippers, buttons, fasteners)
• Clean and suitable for resale

Clean Thrifts reserves sole discretion in determining item acceptability.

6. Transfer of Ownership

Ownership of items transfers to Clean Thrifts only after:

• Items have been received and inspected, and
• Payment has been issued to the Seller

Once ownership is transferred, Clean Thrifts retains full rights to:

• Price
• List
• Market
• Sell

the items at its sole discretion.

7. Payment Terms

Payment will be issued after items are received, inspected, and accepted.

Seller may select one of the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Venmo
• Store credit

Payments are typically processed within a few business days following acceptance.

Clean Thrifts is not responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete payment information provided by the Seller.

8. Right to Refuse

Clean Thrifts reserves the right to refuse any items for any reason, including but not limited to condition, authenticity concerns, brand, or resale value.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clean Thrifts shall not be liable for:

• Loss or damage occurring during transit prior to receipt
• Items that fail inspection
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Clean Thrifts’ total liability, if any, shall not exceed the agreed purchase amount of the items.

10. Termination

Clean Thrifts reserves the right to discontinue or modify this purchasing program at any time without prior notice.

11. Agreement

By submitting items, accepting an offer, or shipping items to Clean Thrifts, Seller acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
